The Academy Trust Handbook requires that the Trust publish on its website, in a separate readily accessible form, the number of employees whose pay benefits exceed £100,000 in £10,000 bandings.  Pay benefits for this purpose include salary, employer pension contributions and other taxable benefits.

For the year ended 31st August 2023, there was one employee within the Trust whose benefits exceeded £100,000.  Total benefits to the employee are in the band of £185,000 – £195,000 and this is made up of:

• Remuneration £150,000 to £155,000
• Employer's pension contributions of £35,000 – £40,000
