This form is for use by Inspire Governance Services customers only.  The form is intended to capture the details of new governors/members/trustees.

This Google form collects your title, name, date of birth, contact numbers, postal address, ethnicity and email address so that you may be added to the Governing Body membership list and receive meeting notifications, papers etc.  Please note that in clicking Submit on the form, you are providing consent to share the personal information you have provided with Inspire Multi Academy Trust and your relevant school/academy.
